Terms of Service

1. Services
DB Smart Logistics (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides fulfillment and warehousing services for eCommerce sellers. Our services include: Receiving, storing, and organizing inventory. Inventory management, repacking, and labeling. Preparation of orders for shipment through third-party carriers.

2. Customer
Responsibilities Customers must provide accurate and lawful product information and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items shipped to our facilities are legal, safe, and suitable for storage. Customers agree to pay invoices in accordance with agreed payment terms.

3. Prohibited Items
We do not accept, store, or ship the following items:
-Illegal or counterfeit goods.
-Hazardous materials, flammable substances, or regulated chemicals.
-Weapons, ammunition, or explosives. Drugs, controlled substances, or related paraphernalia.
-Perishable food items without prior written approval. Items infringing on intellectual property rights.
-Any items prohibited by carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) or local regulations.

4. Liability
While we take all reasonable precautions in handling customer goods, DB Smart Logistics is not liable for damages, losses, or delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside of our direct control.
